Operations Administration

Day-to-day Point O’Woods operations are now handled centrally by an Operations Administrator. This provides a central point of contact for property owners to obtain information, provide information and attend to their POW related activities and needs. This relieves the Board members of routine administrative activities so they can be more focused on the business, financial and strategic planning issues of the community.

The Operations Administrator will manage the website, perform the previous secretary’s duties, provide POW forms, documents, permits, etc.  The Office Hours are posted on the website, as well as the office door.
