Point O' Woods Beach

The day-to-day Point O'Woods operations are handled centrally by Sara Chamberlain, Point O'Woods Operations Administrator. The office is located at 12 Connecticut Road. Office hours vary, depending on the season. Look for the "office is open" balloon on the Administrative Office sign on Connecticut Road.

This position provides a central point of contact for property owners, and allows board members to focus on financial and strategic issues pertaining to the POW association and community. In addition to maintenance of business operations such as website, forms and other communications, questions regarding resident and parking stickers, golf cart registrations, pavilion rental, boats on the beach (kayaks and paddleboards), boat basin applications, or other POW business can be directed to Sara.
